Yayyy!

Spent 1.45 saved 27.45 :)

Today I spent $1.45 on 2 cokes, 2sundown vitamins, 2stove top stuffing, 1box of triscuit, 1 TB Rays decal, 2 crystal light boxes, and 1 cover girl eye shadow. What a deal!?!

Free gum and lotion at CVS

Today I scanned my CVS card and got a $2 off one CVS brand lotion. I used it to buy $1.49 lotion and the .50 overage went to the Mentos bottle of gum that I also purchased. I scanned my card last week and got a $2/1 Mentos Curvy Bottle of Gum, so I used that coupon also. So, I paid a few cents for tax. Yay!

Price Check at Publix = Free Covergirl

The price of the covergirl nail clippers wrang up more than the price on the shelf. ALWAYS check your receipt! You could get paid for it.

Cheap Razor at CVS with 25% off coupon + Manufacture's coupon + ECBs

Today I bought a Schick Razor for $9, used 25% CVS store coupon (like the one above) that was emailed to me, a $4/1 Manufacture's Coupon, and $3 ECB. The total was $2, but I got back $4 ECB. This was a $2 money maker. Yahoo!

Cheap Pedigree Dog Food at Publix

Today I bought a 17lb bag of Pedigree for around $2. The same bag is $22 on Amazon. Use the $2/1 Publix Coupon and $1/1 coupon from coupons.com. The bag is $11.99, but with the coupons it is $8.99. Use it toward a $5/25 purchase coupon with some money maker items, like the Baileys Creamer, Sundown Vitamins, and Covergirl Nail Clippers and you will pay almost nothing to feed your dog.

Cheap Iams at Publix

Iams dog food is on sale for $17.99 at Publix. Look for the bonus sizes, I got a 19 pound bag while most of the bags were 17 pounds. I used the $2/1 Publix Coupon (now expired) and the $3/1 Manufacture's Coupon that came in a trial size bag that I bought a few months ago. This makes the food 68 cents per pound, which is great for Iams. The same bag is $24 on Amazon Here, and it's only 17 pounds.

Glade + Bagels = $1 @ Publix

Today I used the $2/2  Glade coupon emailed to me + the $1/1 Target coupon (x2) to get Thomas Bagels for only $1. Overage from the glade spray paid for $1 of the bagels.

I got free CVS brand sunscreen, aloe lotion and travel size make up remover cloths. I printed the sunscreen coupon from facebook and scanned my card for the other two. All 3 were free!

                                                                                         

Money Maker at Publix

Use the $1.60/1 Sundown coupon or the $1.25/1 Sundown Vitamins coupon on coupons.com along with the Publix coupon from the pharmacy booklet and you will make a few cents if you buy Vitamin D.

4 Dr Pepper 12 packs and Chex Mix for $5 @ PUBLIX

I love PUBLIX and Diet Dr Pepper. So, I took advantage of the previous B2G2 free sale and purchased 4 12 packs for $5.  I used $1/2 coupon from coupons.com and $1/1 Target coupon.  I also got a bag of Chex Mix (BOGO), used a .50/1 coupon that doubled. YIPPEE!!

Free+ Pantene at Publix!

The shampoo and conditioner were $2.49 each and the styling creme was $1.49. I used the $3/2 P and G coupon and $1/1 Pantene Target coupon. I got 2 of each. The creme was a money maker!

Got paid (a few pennies) to shop at Publix. Yay!

I just bought cheap dog food at Publix! I try to only by dog food when it is 50 cents per pound or less. If your store has the 20 lb bag on sale for $11.99, use the $1/1 (exp 8/12/12) + $2/1 Publix Paws printable coupon (NLA, but you can find other ones here. You will get 20 lbs of dog food for $9, that's 45 cents per pound. Yay!

Cheap Healthy Choice Meals at Target

Check out the freezer section at your local Target. I found a ton of microwaveable meals on clearance for 98 cents! Then, use the $1 of 2 Healthy Choice Complete Meals coupon found here and you price per meal will be 50 cents. Plus, you will get swagbucks for using that coupon. Now you have a cheap and healthy lunch!

Use $1.50 off 1 can (manufacture's coupon) from the trial packages at Target (look for the trial sizes with $3 in coupons inside).
Plus use $1 off three Iams canned dog food coupons (Publix Pet Coupon, found in the store).
This with give you $1.50 in OVERAGE before taxes.

I try to always buy at least one item that creates overage to cover my more expensive grocery items. Yesterday, I bought a few, so I actually got paid. Plus there is a Renuzit rebate that I can send in for to make $1.99 here.

Here is what I bought:

I really do not like Walmart!

I have had so many bad experiences at Walmart. I don't know why I thought that today would be different. I wanted to use a few coupons to purchase trial/travel items. I had the Feb 2012 P &G coupon for cascade action packs, a Tide coupon that was mailed to me, and 2 Bic coupons. None of these coupons exclude any size, shape, or type. The cashier only let me use 2 of the bic coupons. UHHHH! Oh well, I got 2 packs of colorful bic pens for free.

Plus, I also noticed that Walmart's prices are not low. I saw frozen TGI Fridays meals for over a dollar more than they are at Publix, where they are not even on sale right now. I also saw over-the-counter medications that were much more expensive at Walmart than Publix (also not even on sale). Just a warning: Walmart is NOT the low price leader.

FREE Iams dog food!

Wow! You can get the trial size of Iams dog food for free at Target with the Feb 2012 Iams P & G Coupon. I bought a few bags and added them to my dog's big bag of food. Plus, these small bags come with 2 coupons in each bag. So, when I need to buy a big bag again I will still have a $3 off coupon.

WOW! CVS has some great deals this week. I scored a 7 oz bottle of Skintimate Shave Gel for 3.79, used a $2 off 1 peelie (thanks to the nice lady who checked me out) and received $4 ECB for my purchase. That means I MADE $2.21! Yay!

CVS Sunday Trip

Today at CVS I bought four 12 packs of pepsi, plus I had a $2 off four coupon from a local grocery store's ad.

They were 3.34 each x 4 = 13.36 - 2 (manufacture's coupon) = 11.36 - 11 (ECBs) = .36 plus tax for 4 - 12 packs of soda! Plus I got back $4 in ECB to use on my next visit. Crazy!
